Hi,

I'm currently moving house and it looks like I'm going to have to downsize my PC to a laptop. Would you be able to give me some advice as to what my PC might be worth.

Spec:
Case = Antec Three Hundred Midi Case

Power = Antec Ea 650 ,80 Plus® Certifed

Mother board = Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P Motherboard AMD Phenom II X4 Socket AM3 AMD 790X ATX RAID Gigabit Ethernet LAN

CPU = AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.40 Ghz 8MB Cache Quad-core Processor - Black Edition

Graphics = 2 x SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Radeon HD 4850 - 512 MB GDDR3 - PCI-Express 2.0 - HDMI

RAM = 8GB (4 x 2GB) G.Skill DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz Ripjaw Series (9-9-9-24) Dual Channel kit for Intel P55

SSD = Samsung 840 Series 250GB 2.5 inch SATA Solid State Drive

HDD = 2 x WD Caviar Black WD6401AALS - Hard drive - 640 GB - internal - 3.5" - SATA-300 - 7200 rpm - buffer: 32 MB

Optical Drive = LG GH22NS50.AUAA 22x SATA DVDRW Drive - Bare Black

$250-$300 But you could get more if you parted it out. Basically someone would buy this for the SSD and RAM and case and junk everything else.

The GPUs are very weak for today's standard and would have to be replaced if someone wanted to run new games at a1080p.

The The CPU is still able to perform decently in modern games and tasks, but it is still 4+ years old.

The motherboard is not going to allow for upgrading to FX series CPUs so it would have to be replaced.
