Hi, im trying to build my first gaming pc but i don't have a big buget is this rig good?
plz be free to modify my rig for cheaper only if its better

The CPU should be changed to the hyper 212 EVO, not plus.

You will not be overclocking on that board because it has no VRM heatsinks and will burn.

I would change the PSU out for an XFX550.

Everything else is good.
