League of legends and browser games screen freeze

My screen keeps freezing in league of legends and a browser game I play. I can see what is happening for the most part but no animations. It isn't anti virus as I didn't have any before the problem occured, (Windows defender ftw)
My specs are I7 4770k not overclocked gtx 770 8gb ram 1600MHz. Any other specs can be given upon request.

reinstall the game. or run the repair mostly i would think you have massed up file or corrupted file.
