You definitely dont need the h100i. You would be fine with the 212 EVO instead. With the extra $70 I'd get a better graphics card (280x) and maybe a SSD (youd have to add in little bit more money to get one).

Other than that it looks great.

I plan on overlocking, i thought the 212 EVO wasen't the best for Overclocking, so i decided to go with a 100i for another 50$ (on sale) but maybe the 212 EVO could handle the OC?

I know the 850w is a little overkill but its cheap for the amount of wattage and that's its a SeaSonic PSU. In the future i plan on geting a 128gb samsung pro ssd but for now i plan on starting without a ssd. Also i'm not sure about the R9 280X yet , gonna have to look more into it but i haven't seen much positive feedback yet unfortunately

I think the 212 is fine with moderate overclocks. For example, I have a 8350 that runs at 4.0 stock. I can overclock it to 4.7-4.8GHz with the 212 without any problem. To get it it 5.0-5.2 if would need to get the h100. I think that the extra .7 GHz is definately worth it considering the h100 will only get me .2-.3GHz more.

Thats why id go with the 212 unless you wanted the fastest overclock possible. Which isnt really that much faster anyways.

What kind of temps do you get under load?

Well, I did a bad job of applying thermal paste (way too much), so right now they are around 67 running prime95. If I wasnt lazy and decided to reapply it, they would drop a good 3-7 degrees.

Remember, in the real world, you will never see anything as cpu intensive as prime95 which is why im not worrying about it. Games probably wont even use 100% of your cpu most of the time.
