Hi to All;
I have a PC with FSX installed attached to 4 x 19" Samsung monitors, using a Gigabyte (AMD) HD7950 graphics card. The card has one DVI-d output with an HDMI and 2 x mini HDMI's. Wanting an even better set-up, I wondered about using a laptop that I have to display the instruments stack but try as I might, I just cannot get it to work. I have tried using a splitter cable to run one of the original monitors AND the laptop, but unless the splitter is faulty, that doesn't work. I have also tried to connect the laptop up to the on-board graphics output, but so far, I cannot get this to work either.
All this is running on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS with a 750watt PSU and 8Gb of memory. Also, the latest drivers have been installed. As I say, it works fine with the 4 19" monitors, I just don't have the expertise to bring in the laptop. Can anyone help?
