OEM Vs Retail

Alright guys just searching for a bit of advice. I'm getting ready to do my first build and had a concern with whether or not to use OEM or buy the full retail version, there is a significant price different in the software, so if anybody could please break down the very blunt pros vs cons as well as how easy it is to install OEM Software for a novice builder?
