Hello, with Battlefield 4 coming out I wanted to upgrade from my 7790 1gb to a card with 2 gb of vram for those high resolution textures in Battlefield 4. I would like to stay around the $200 mark as far as price is concerned.

At my local Fry's they currently have a Diamond 7870 OC Reference card (http://) on sale for $165 after rebate. I don't mind the reference design because it would help with ventilation in my case.Along with the card I would get a Never Settle Silver voucher. Do you think they will add BF4 to the silver bundle like they did other games?

Another option I have is waiting for fry's to get in some R9 270x's and then pay more for one of those that may have BF4 as a promo and have the price be the be the close because it came with BF4. (Yes, I do realize that the 7870 and R9 270x are the same except for the clock speeds).

A third option is to pickup another 7790 for ~$100 and crossfire it but, I'd be limited to 1gb of vram and would have to deal with crossfire issues.

System Stats:
GPU: MSI Radeon 7790 1 GB OC Edition

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66Ghz (Can reach a stable OC of 3.1 Ghz for gaming) (LGA 775 socket)

Ram: 4 x2Gb sticks at 1333Mhz

OS: Windows 7 Professional

HDD: 1 Tb Western Digital Caviar Black

SSD: Corsair F120 120Gb

PSU: Antec Earthwatts 500w

Mother Board: Intel Extreme DX48BT2 with the x48 Chipset

NOTE: Due to the size of my case any graphics card must be about 10 inches or shorter. A 7870/R9 270x barely fits at 9.8 inches. I also would prefer to buy it from Fry's because it's easier for me to return it if I have an issue.

Thanks for the help in advance!

Im not sure about the game deals, although i dont think the 270x will get deals to soon. I think that AMD would be more likely to wait for sales to drop a little on the new range before adding in extras (dont take my word on this). If it was me i would go with the 7870, free games and its slightly cheaper, with pretty much the same performance.
