Best Configuration system under INR - 35000

I need best configuration system under INR-35k. I need very much fast system. I do not require any graphic card now, but suggest for later(do not include in 35k). I mainly use for Internet searching, and programming as well as for some softwares. not for games. DVD writer is also not required. i need best budget pc with maximum speed.

I also want to know on what the system speed is depended? as my present system is stucking every time.

My present system is a old system. Even i don't know what are the specifications of my present system, because i took this system when i don't know what is a computer. my brother bought this system to me. And also no more i don't want use this system as i need to leave this system to my younger brother. Could you please suggest me a powerful system under 35k.

I think i need not to overclock my cpu.

I am researching from past 7 days, still i am confusing. one forum is saying fx-6300 is best and another forum is saying x6 1100t is best.

Could you please clear my confusion. so shall i go with AMD Fx-6300 or AMD phenom x6 1100t? i will take as per your answer. also suggest me another motherboard. no more questions from myside. pleaaaaaseeeeeeeeee....

2. AMD Fx-6300 beats AMD phenom x6 1100t in overall performance

The only thing remaining is price. If AMD Fx-6300 beats AMD phenom x6 1100t in pricing then AMD Fx-6300 is a clear winner
