First High-End Gaming Build Thoughts? $2.3K

I'm going to start buying my parts and I'll have them all by Christmas. Just Wondering if there's anything I should change for my build.
- The PC will be used for gaming and some 3D rendering, video editing.
- Looking to overclock.
- Budget around $2,300

GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming Edition OC 4GB $549.00 (thinking of getting the GTX 780, extra $300, or SLI 2x GTX 770's down the track)
RAM - Corsair Vengeance CML8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 (anything better than this? Was thinking G.Skill Ares at $99)
PSU - Silverstone Strider Plus 750W ST75F-P $155.00
Monitor - ASUS VS248H 24in Widescreen LED Monitor $185.00 (Again anything better? also will have 2 monitors later on)
Optical Drive - LG GH24NS95 24x SATA DVD-RW Drive OEM $25.00
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001 $99.00
SDD - SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB SSD $185.00
