Hopefully this isn't out of place in this forum....

My dad wants to start paying bills online, but he's paranoid about getting his info stolen or something. He wants to go so far as to buy a pretty cheap computer or laptop to use solely for bills. This seems rather extreme to me, but I don't know enough about computer security to suggest a good alternative nor make him less paranoid.

He himself isn't too bad using a computer, but my mother is. So I can kind of see where he'd be paranoid about her picking up viruses, keyloggers, and so on. I've set them up so they're using Firefox with Adblock on it. The computer also has Avast and I scan it with Malwarebytes every so often when I remember to. Unfortunately I'm not always going to be around to help them.

Any ideas on how I can help my parents be secure paying bills? I'll really appreciate whatever advice I can get. Thank you in advance.
