How do I hook up 3 monitors to a ASUS GTX660-DC2-2GD5 - Graphics card

I have an ASUS GTX660-DC2-2GD5 - Graphics card and want to use 3 22inch monitors
How do I connect the 3 monitors to work on one ASUS GTX660-DC2-2GD5 - Graphics card

With three monitors I go through the two DVI ports along with the HDMI - depending on monitors may need gender changers i.e. if monitors all onlly have DVI may need a HDMI /DVI cable or a HDMI/HDMI with a HDMI/DVI gender changer (the Egg has a large assortment of cables and gender changers/adapters

How would a DVI splitter cable work instead of the HDMI / DVI cable?

What I am trying to achieve is to have the one page spread as a wide view over the three monitors.
This is to try and not have to buy a Matrox TrippleHead2Go.
This PC will be used for Flight simulation.
So would using one DVI cable from one DVI outlet from the Video card and a DVI splitter from the other DVI outlet let me spread the image as a wide angle screen image over the three monitors?
