AMD processors are good like AMD A10-6800K !, Thinking to build desktop with that processor since it has good built in vga and later i will get good VGA card 3GB GDDR5 to run new games on ultra with 23 inch screen !
Well i don't plan to overclock, About budget, Let's just say 8GB ram, 1TP hard, Processor I5 or AMD still checking which one to get, About motherboard not expensive one since i dont plan to overclock so decent good with good features will be good

The FX-8350 from AMD is about the same as an i5. It costs $200 vs the $240 i5 4670K. The 990FX motherboards for AMD are also cheaper than their Intel counterparts.
Intel CPUs tends to perform better in games than AMD CPUs. While they do cost a bit more in my opinion they are worth it even if you do not overclock. For example, about a month ago someone want to upgrade from a Core i7-920 (that's a 1st gen Core i CPU released back in 2008). He was considering the A10-6800k and the FX-8350 because he did not want to "pay Intel prices".
I presented him with several CPU game benchmarks. The i7-920 was faster than the A10-6800k in all games. Against the FX-8350 it was basically an even split; the i7 provided better performance in some games, worse performance in other games and both basically tied each other in yet other games. The end result was on average both i7-920 and FX-8350 performed equally well. He decided to keep his Core i7-920 which was released in 2008 rather than buy the FX-8350 which was released in 2012.

Here are some benchmarks to help you decide all of which can be found at Techspot "Gaming GPU/CPU Performance" section; click link and scroll down.
Wow, Seems extra cash worth it haha
So Core I5 4570
2x4 GB Ram 1600
WD blue 1TP
GTX 770 or R9 280x
Seasonic 620 Bronze 80 plus
CoolerMaster k380
AsRock H87 Pro4
Is that good build for playing modern games " Online & non online "? & Maybe some Graphics stuff later
Also Is that motherboard i mentioned good or there are better one at same price ?
