Wanting to upgrade my cpu

Currently I have a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072 and I've been looking for a new CPU and if you think i should get a new mother board aswell(Current motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130610) I can only spent around 400 with this items included(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231546) I would really appreciate it if you could help me, thank you.

Just wondering, why do you want to upgrade from a 2500k? Is it pure upgrade bug? If you want my opinion, I say keep it, but if you have more money then you know what to do with then sure I guess. I have a 2500k, but I still choose to use my i7 950 build for some reason. Of course it depends on what you use your computer for mostly. If you are really choosing to upgrade from that socket you might as well go for one of the top choices (3770k) to get the most out of it unless you are going to choose to upgrade again in a short time. Honestly, it would be best to hold off and just pool up money until you can make a BIG jump down the road.
