Is AMD only memory compatible wit Intel CPU and chipset

My question is : What does AMD only memory mean , and is it compatible with an intel CPU and chipset.(also if it isn't id like to know why it won't work)

I am not a memory expert , but I interpret it as saying that it is compatible with an AMD based board only.
Why take a chance on getting the wrong RAM that you cannot use in your board.
Get one that says that it is compatible with an Intel based board.

As to why it may not work in an Intel based board, ask your self why won't Chevvy engine parts work in a Ford?
The answer seems simple. They're not made to work in the other.

yes , well memory is usually compatible with every board , amd is the only one that has its own memory , and most ov it is compatible with intel boards, but its a bit faster with amd CPU adresing, and i think its standardised so its like having two cars with different engines but with the same gas tank
