Trying to decide between these 2 cases, both have what I'm looking for but I'm wondering which is better in terms of build quality and customer service? I have heard people say Corsair and I have heard people say Fractal Design, there's definitely supporters for both sides. Whichever of these 2 cases is better made is what I will probably be picking. (If you have a better case alternative than either of these 2 please let me know, but at this point I'd like to spend under $100 simply because I need to put more money into other parts of my build.)

I have used both Corsair and Fractal Design case. They are both top of the line case manufacturers. I'd probably favor the Fractal slightly due to it being a slightly deeper case for adding bigger air coolers. But the Corsair does look a bit better. Tossup for me.

Just won a new (open box for inspection) Corsair C70 for $95 shipped on a whim. The ONLY thing off putting me from the 500r was the lack of the window (Even though one can be added through modded with not too much effort). And the only reason I didn't buy the Arc Midi R2 was because it was a bit too simplistic for me. At least for this build anyway. I won't be doing anything special for this build, just adding some Silverstone/Noctua fans and a Silverstone TD02 for the CPU. All in all I think I'm happy with my purchase and am glad I can stop spending all of my time looking at Case reviews and looking for the best deals on them.
