CPU x PSU x Case combination under £130?

I'm trying to upgrade from my 2003 pc case, Intel Celeron E3400 and 2gigs of ram ddr2. I have recently bought the 7770 for £70, now my budget increased again and it stays at £130 (might increase it soon). I thought of the FX6300 (I have a new AM3+/AM2 mobo), but then a good psu wouldn't fit my budget. So what do you guys think about this?
