What is the best video card for a Amd Athlon ii x4 640 3.1Ghz?

I want a video card that will give me optimal graphics quality, without bottleneck. I will be playing games like BF4, Cod: Ghost, Assassin's Creed:BF and maybe some 3-D modeling. Help appreciated!
