I am not planning on overclocking, so I don't see any advantages to a Z87 board over a H87 one. The power supply is going to be recycled from my current pc. I like to game, but do it very little. Hence the modest GPU.
Any suggestions?

You are in OK shape. With the SSD there is no need to spend the money on the WD Black drive... Any typical spindle drive is a good supplement to an SSD boot drive (speed is less of a concern). The PSU could also use a bit of an upgrade although that is a good entry level unit...

Thanks for the tips, Marco, sadams. My mind is set on the case. The 550D absorbs some noise, and looks sweet. Can't say the same about that fractal case.
And that particular 7870 card is not available where I live.

It is a Z87 board which is better matched with a K series CPU for overclocking. The price difference between the 4670 and 4670k is pretty minimal. This board would set you up for an overclock down the road if you so choose. I prefer ASUS as my first choice, however there is nothing wrong with ASRock...
