Bro honestly i think you should build your own you have SO many people on Toms willing to help and theres tutorials on youtube as well. I would REALLY REALLY rethink what your doing before you buy. and just to be honest i think those parts on some of them you getting shafted a bit..Theres people on the forum that can give you a parts list and help you build it if you have any questions

Building a PC is off limits since my dad doesn't allow me to, but I need help to know if this is good or not. And if the parts are compatible and if the cooler is good enough to keep the computer from reaching high temps and if the PSU is compatible.

As far as compatibility goes, yes, that will work, the intel stock cooler works fine as your CPU can't be overclocked anyway. For that budget though, you can do better so it's a shame that you aren't allowed to build it yourself.
