had this problem for months. Basically to explain the crash can happen at any time in any case. Browsing the internet, by clicking a desktop icon , playing a game, watching a video, or just letting the computer sit there, however , the screen does not lose its image. In rare cases keep getting blue screen , very rare. I do not know if the hardware or software of blame ( having made format) . Assay i remove both of the 2 module memory 1 at a time to see if it was memory problem but nothing . the temperature is low . crash when they are and at 40-50 degrees . I dont have various spare parts to test to replace them see what could be wrong .

my system is
cpu: AMD PHENOM 2 X3 720 sta 2,8 GHz
gpu: 7870 2g ths gigabyte
ram: 4g (2 module ton 2 g)
mobo: saphire PC-AM3RS790G
Power Supply: designer at 550w me 600w

Thanks a lot !

Nop - he sad have being test that ......

I bet on BAD PSU
or
BAD HDD

translate that for Us pls :

Verry simple .....

MHDD is and Hirens Boot CD tool for testing HDD
Download Hirens Boot CD
Burn it on CD - DVD media
Load it in yo optical drive
Restart and boot from it
In the HIrens Boot Menu look for Dos programs -> Hard Drive -> MHDD
If you manage to start the MHDD -> select you HDD number
Then press F4 -> F4 -> F4
And the test wil run
If you have Green or Red squares till it`s running and Warning or Errors in the lower right screen section ......
You have BAD HDD -> replace

I have NEW suspected here ....
I think is you Motherboard if we define PSU as OK .......
So make visual inspection on you Mobo
- look for Capacitors that look BEND on the top ( compare them with othes on the Mobo )

Try to find PSU for testing - some friend or naybor ...
THe PSU is still under suspect !

i had few minutes ago many auro resets that shows me at start (Bootmgr image is corrupt ) also i will have another psu to test it tomorrow . btw i double check motherboard of what you said but everything seems fine to me

About the mobo - you can spot only visual defective capacitors.
What you CAN`T is the one that looks OK but are defective
Also this is imposible for system chips that are about to "bend out"

I`m thinking of Mobo issue and bad Nort or South brige chip !

Touch with CARE those two Mobo chips when you run MEMTEST or MHDD test or OS ....
There should be 40 - 50 degree there !
If you can`t hold you hand than is above 50 - 60 taht is bad !
Try to cool them with SYS FAN

Look for the sporadic reset problem with COOLING FAN !
If you manage to log in Windows you can download this tool
HWINFO 32/64 bit
You can run it in Sensor mode
Find you system chips temperature to see EXACT temp they run !
Look for CPU Temp also - any temp below 80 is OK !
Play around with FAN and with NO FAN cooling them
If you go above + 70 .... and you have reset ..... there you go .....

i just run HWINNFO my cpu and other temp was fine except my motherbords temp i upload at photobucket so you can see it also http://i893.photobucket.com/albums/ac136/Prig_Giwrgos/test1_zps8f223f7a.png it seems stange to me my motherboard temp

Yep on 190 degree you should see alot smoke in there :)

But i think this is the the problem !
If the both chips are high temp you can have sporadic OS freez , Blue screen or restart !

Did you try to check the actual temp with touching the mobo chips ?
I expext them to be 60-70 degree or more ......
Try to lower temp with FAN !
Look on the HWINFO

No, the motherboard is NOT 190c. Not possible. What that means is that the program cannot recognize the temp sensor for the motherboard and entered a null value. My computer does this too. It says 230c for my motherboard temp.

i check the actual temp with touching the mobo chips but both was ok i could toucth them easy with memtest runing . also i dont have another psu to test it atm but i will ( i w8 from a friend ) and i change my graphic card 7870 with a 6-7year 6800gt nvidia and my pc was fine . it is possible that is psu problem and not a gpu problem?

Hmm you have nice case here dude :)
As i sad on my first post ....

So if it`s not RAM ....
So if it`s restarting under test ...
So if it`s not hight temp on components ...
Only good suspect left is PSU or CPU ....

I`ll change the PSU for test and i`ll run Memtest for like 4-5 hrs .....
If you dont have restart boot the OS
Run FURMARK GPU test - for like 1-2 hrs ......
This will LOAD you system on 100%
Play around with the both GPU`s
If you have no issues then is PSU

Wow, if that were true.. Although, that's not much worse than mine. Mine has reached 150f since I've been on here. But I'm having temp problems at the moment, causing blue screens left and right. I'm waiting on my new cooling system to arrive Monday though.

150f is less than half of 230C. 230c is 446F. Motherboard will melt at 250c, so this is not true.

What are your CPU temps? Motherboards don't overheat generally.

I'm guessing the PSU. That off-brand unit you have is probably trash. Get an Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

Oh, thought I saw 190F. Yeah, that's way off. My CPU reaches 70C easily right now, but I don't know how high it will go because at that point my system blue screens. Basically, the whole reason my system is overheating right now is because of a wireless receiver that allows you to play with a wireless xbox 360 controller on windows. From Microsoft, but they didn't offer any kind of support after contacting them about it like 6 times.

Sorry for the off-topic !

The only way to overheat the CPU with WiFi that i can think of is :
You need dusty system - alot dust in the CPU heatsink
Then you need some spyware , malware , virus , trojans in you OS + Internet connection on the WiFi
and you good to go for 80-90 degree .... :)

The last malware i`v being fighting with was causing GAME frame drop from 60 FPS to 20-30 FPS over ATI 7870 :)
The Qurad Core i5 CPU was on 100 % and the GPU LOAD had droped from 90 % to under 50%
So having clean OS system is must have for proper using the PC under GAMING !
