Can I connect 2 wired internet connections to one PS3?

I basically have 2 internet connections that I want to use with my PS3. One is my local connection through my ISP (and everything that I can access on my local network at home) and the other is a shared internet connection (ICS) that I setup on Windows 7 to allow my PS3 to access a VPN for it's connection. I am having to plug in one connection when I want to access my local internet and network (for movies and music and anything else that I share throughout my network) and then unplug that connection and plug the other one in to access the internet through my VPN. Is there anyway that I can plug them both into one connection using something that I'm not thinking of? The only way I can use my VPN for my PS3 connection is through internet connection sharing as I don't have access to the routers for my internet connection (I physically do, but can't access them as my ISP and landlord have them setup and don't allow me access). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
