Amazon Shipping Question

If I see something on amazon I want, and it does not ship from the Amazon company but from another retailer, does it still qualify for free shipping although it's not amazon's product, but it goes through amazon. Policy: All orders over $35 get free shipping. "To place an order online, do the following:

If an order ships from somewhere other than Amazon it will say how much shipping is. Only orders directly from Amazon ship free with the $35 minimum or Prime.

That item ships from a 3rd party and does not have free shipping. Shipping is an extra $25.47.

When it says "FREE SHIPPING" it is free shipping.
