Why does my second monitor look washed out?

I just got my second Asus VS239 and connected it. I matched the display settings on the monitor with my first one and then when into my Nvidia control panel and made sure those setters were the same on both models. However, my second monitor looks less saturated and sharp and washed out. Before I received this second Asus I had a Dell monitor connected and it also looked washed out but I thought that was just because it was a different brand/model and wasn't an IPS. Any help would be much appreciated. My GPU is a GTX 560ti. I've also tried different connection types on the second model including DVI and HDMI and there is no difference.

Have you tried a different cable? Also just because the settings are the same doesn't mean you will get the same image on both, you may have to have two unique profiles to achieve the same look.

Yeah, I tried using both a DVI and then an HDMI. Now i'm messing with the settings to try and get the second as close as possible to the first monitor.
