Block personal messages from a troll

I am being spanned by a forum member, who is known for trolling in certain threads. After he was invited to not post more in the threads he started sending pm to all of us.

I have been ignoring him. I never replied him, but I am tired of receiving one/two personal messages daily. He only posts nonsense and spam for his favourite brand. Can someone explain how can I block him?

Please PM me or another mod with who is doing this and a copy of his messages if you have any.

Please pm me directly with the name of the user who is pming you. If you have told them to halt, and they have not, it is considered harassment, and becomes a bannable offense.
