Hey guys, I have a question. I want to buy the Radeon R9 280X and I the cheapest I found was The Sapphire Dual-X from Overclocker.co.uk. So my question is if it is a good card and how much difference does it have from the Vapor-X version. Which on is better?

Well the vapor will give better performance and a better overclock and seeing as how the price over where I live are near the same for both why mot get the better one

You wont regret it. It has a nice cooler. Although me personally I do prefer the Asus line of Dc2 coolers :)

For the HD 7970, I know that the Vapor-x was one of the greatest, bur after checking some reviews, it seems that for the R9 280x, the Asus DCII Top is a bit better.

dunno about asus dcii. i own a r9 280x vapor x and its perfect. what made me choose it is because of the backplate and the sapphire led lights :) i also read about the noise and temp issues but so far, i didnt experience any of that. gpu load of 80% and my temp is only about 62C.
