my computer doesn't recognise my rat 5 or strike 3 (in this one the led won't even stay on), but in my other computer it does,

i've tried installing the driver the software, everything,

  1. If the LED won't stay on, it sounds like it is underpowered. You may have bad USB ports, a bad filter, or not enough power (unlikely). Have you installed drivers for your USB ports?
  2. the thing is that the other keyboard and mouse work fine

    Oh, and BTW, now it doesn't work on the old computer either
  4. If it's no longer working on the other computer it sounds like it's dying (or dead at this point). Try to RMA to MadCatz and see if they can fix it for you.

    could it be broken after a couple of hours of usage?
