Asus Motherboard and Msi Graphics Card

So I'm building a new computer and I've done a bit of research, but not a lot. Ive decided that I'm going to go with a Asus Maximus VI Formula motherboard and a MSI N780 Lightning Nvidia GeForce GTX 780. My question is though will the graphics card go well with the motherboard? if not please explain Thanks in advance guys

Yes, it will work. Or at least it should.

NVidia recommends minimum 600W power supply.
