Best GPU for this system

This is my first build and I just want to get some communal opinions on what gpu to get, I would eventually like to get crossfire AMD 7970's but that would be in the future, so yeah, what do you guys think?

Case - Corsair Graphite 230T
MOBO - ASRock Z77 Extreme6
Processor -Intel Core i5 3570K
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 16gb 2133mhz
GPU - Undecided, would like Crossfire, but unsure how to. Probably an Asus AMD 7970...
PSU - Maybe a Corsair RM850

if you plan on putting 2 gpu's into a single system, 7000 series are not the way to go.

nvidia is the best but the new r series are second. 7000 arent good.

get a 280x/770/760 depending on your budget. if you wanted to crossfire the 7970's soon then you should get a 780 or a r9 290x

this is for better price/performance ratio over the long run.
