I have a GeForce GTX 670 with 4GB VRAM and it has only 1x HDMI port, 1x Display Port and 2x DVI ports. The other is DVI-I and the other is DVI-D so how do i connect 3 monitors to a one video card? Or even 2? I have 1x HDMI and 1x Display Port and 1x DVI-I ports on my motherboard which has intengrated graphics AMD RADEON HD 8750D.

Computer specs:
Motherboard: AsRock FM2A85X Extreme 4 FM2
CPU: AMD A8 6600K Black Edition HD8750D @3.8Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX670 4GB @1000Mhz Windforce 3X

I have connected 2nd monitor to the intengrated HDMI port before, but I would like to connect it to the GTX670

If it is like my 7850 or 7990 Radeons you may only use two (2) of the following: DVI, HDMI, VGA
You must use display port and 2 of the above for 3 monitor setup

You can use the HDMI and the two DVI ports. With the Kepler architecture you can run up to all 4 ports and you don't need an active DP adapter.
