Experience Rating not high enough ?

Hi guys heres my question : Why don't i get a perfect 7.9 on windows experience index for my ram performance.

Pc Specs:
Asus rampage iv extreme
Intel i7 3960X
Vengance, DDR3, 1600. 8gb x 6 = 48GB

My current rating for my ram is 7.8

Yes i am on 64 bit.
Yes all is useable.

It doesn't matter, it's a stupid ranking system anyways. Probably need faster ram like 2333/2600 speed to hit 7.9 The amount of RAM doesn't matter, it's the speed and transfer ability of it.

Are you running 1333 or 1600? if so that plays in, unbalanced plays in, 48 gig on an X79 is running either in tri channel or you have 32 in Quad and the other 16GB in single - try it with 32GB in slots A1, B1, C1, and D1...and as mentioned WEI is the worse 'ranking'/'rating' thing out there, all is predeterminged based on what you have (by make/model) it has nothing to do with performance
