MSI GT60 VS Digital Storm Bolt - Which one? GTX 780, 16 Ram, 1TB HD, 120GB SSD... Help please

Hey all,

Im trying to figure out which one I want.. Both computers offer almost the same specs and for the relative close price.. I wanted to know if there is any advantage in taking any one of them over the other? I know one is a laptop and the other isnt, but if they are similar, whats the advantage of having a desktop over a laptop..

  1. With our Bolt, you can easily upgrade the components when necessary. Feel like the graphics card is no long up to par? Go ahead and drop a new one it. The Bolt supports up to a GTX Titan and a GTX 780Ti.
  2. Nononononono... The desktop is 10x more powerful then the laptop. The GTX 780m 4gb is a lot less powerful then the GTX 780. The m on the end stands for mobile, meaning that it is a gpu designed for a laptop. Also, the cpu has an mq at the end, this means it has been specially designed for laptops and that the cpu has 4 cores, the 3770k has more power then the i7 4700mq. The only reason you would choose a laptop over a laptop is if your situation requires it. For example I am at boarding school and I need a laptop for classes and for dorm gaming.
