Best gpu card for amd fx 8350

I'm new member in this forum. I have a question which one gpu card would be best for my cpu amd fx 8350 and an old monitor benq with max resolution 1366 x 768 with only old vga connector. I dont plan to change my monitor. Please give me advice guys, thanks

I just want to spend less than 200$ For gpu. But some of my friend told me if i use a new gpu chipset from latest radeon series have a problem about monitor display because the gpu cant sync with vga connector and make the display look like in cage. is it true or not?

Get a 7850 I myself is using the vga display for a 1080p display nothing is wrong.
