Hey Guys,
Ok,so I will stick to my question, which the title suggests.
I have a Intel Core i5-3330 paired with ASRock H71M-DGS,8gb DDDR3 1600Mhz RAM.
I want to overclock my CPU,but till now,out of the many methods,none worked.Tried BIOS,tried AXTU,Tried Intel-XTU,the result was same-nothing.
I know it is possible to overclcok this CPU,as I have seen people overclock it by 25%.
There must be a way that I can try and possibly succeed.
Please help me guys,I really want to Overclock my CPU.
Thanks.

So the only option is to get a Z77 Mobo?
If yes,can you please suggest some cheap ones?
Btw,I only want 200-400Mhz increment,since I dont have a cooler.

You could go with a P series motherboard. These motherboards require a discrete graphics card though.
B series motherboards support limited overclocking, but here's no doubt that the Z series is best.

I'm not sure your stock cooler can handle even a 200-400mhz bump. Stock coolers are weak and are barely good enough for stock speeds.

Sorry. Luckily for you, used i5s sell for like 90% of their original price usually.

Usually the best answer button is at the bottom of the post with a green check mark. It says "pick as the solution". It won't be an option in you're own posts.
