Would a Thermaltake 650W handle a 770 and not bottleneck it?

I am planning on getting a new power supply and video card because my PSU now keeps breaking (600W Corsair CX builder series, twice in six months).

Yep, that PSU is more than enough to power the 770 as it has 52A on the 12v rail and the 770 requires 42A. There is no such bottlenecking between the PSU and the GPU. The only thing that might bottleneck your GPU is your CPU.

You shouldn't have a single worry about that combination op, enjoy your gaming experience (as long as your CPU isn't too outdated)
