Gaming mATX build 700 € budget

After years on notebook I am planing to buy a PC again. I will use this one mostly for gaming and photo editing.
I have to get a new monitor with it and I really like mATX mini, budget of 700 €
If somebody has better ideas or ways to tweak this configuration feel free to post it

I am not from Germany but I currently live here.
Thx for links, most of the parts are much cheaper. Pushed my build to 613 € now :)
  6. pick the parts from geizhals.de if you buy from hardwareversand.de, prices are cheaper this way.
you also can get a 5€ or 10€ code for free on the internet for hardwareversand.de
