Memory benchmarking very low is Passmark software

I have 8gb of ram, Corsair Vengeance (cmz16gx3m4a1600c9), timing 9-9-9-24.

i7 950 3.0ghz, SSD, GTX770, 800w power supply, Windows 8.1

When I run a passmark memory test I get extremely low results.

I've loaded my default bios and have tried changing timing as well as run sticks individually but no matter what I am getting extremely low results.

Any ideas of what's going on?

Could be a few things, are you running the sticks under XMP? Are they actually set to run at 1600 with proper timings?

I've had to overclock my ram and increase the timing to 8-8-8-20 to get it anywhere near the performance that they should be but it's fine for now
