I'm currently in the process of building a new gaming rig. I've put these components down for what I'm going to use. The games I'd mostly be playing is Arma 2/3, Battlefield 4, Crises 3
Specs:
Intel Core i7 4770 Haswell 3.4Ghz 8MB Socket 1150
Asus/Intel/Gigabyte Intel H87 Chipset Motherboard
8GB(8Gb x1) DDR3-1600 High Performance
1TB Reliable/Performance Harddrive
Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 2Gb GDDR5 Advanced Memory

Switch the 4770 out with an i5 4670K, and get an R9-280X or a GTX 770 and you will be much more satisfied. Then you will be able to max everything, except for Metro:Last Light, and Crysis 3. You will be able to run Crysis 3 Maxed, but not AA maxed.

Yes, I agree with EvanKiller in the sight that you should swap your 4770k for more GPU power if you're going towards gaming. In cases of benchmarking, the i7's Hyper Threading capabilities also actually drop performance in games, so that would also be a bit of a plus. If I were you, I'd just go for a single 780 or a 780Ti to ensure that you'll get good frames and settings, but i would only get them if you are financially available to.

It would make load times faster, but if your going for the max/ultra world a better graphics card is always nice.

Besides, 60GB is no where near enough for games. You could squeeze COD:Ghosts and Battlefield 4 on there with no DLC and no room to spare.

Load times for servers, games, and booting the computer would all be faster, but only for Windows and maybe up to 3 other games. I'd still go with more GPU power.

Also, I forgot to mention AMD Mantle. Google it if you'd like. It will basically overhaul all 7xxx series cards, and the new R7 and R9 series cards for any game that utilizes Mantle technology ( Battlefield 4! ) So something like a 280X is going to suit you well. If your considering something like a 780 or 780ti, I would recommend an R9 290X instead judging by the games you chose. The 290X is around $100 less and is on par and most of the time better than a 780, and with Mantle + Regular AMD Optimized games, your not going to get much better than that.
