Looks fine, though there are a few ways to cut down on price.

- You dont need an i7 for gaming, an i5 will do fine.
- Cheaper HDD with the same performance

Or a larger HDD at a still cheaper price
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=210_344&products_id=19692
- You dont need such a high efficiency PSU, and the well known brands like Corsair and Seasonic are pretty overpriced.
This PSU will give you pretty everything the Corsair offers but far cheaper.

- Cheaper and slightly faster RAM
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_538_913&products_id=19475
- Do you need a wireles NIC? If you do, so you need such an expensive one?

- Do you need a Blu-Ray optical drive, or one at all?

With the cash saved from the above, I would be looking into a better case. One I have my eyes on is the Phanteks Enthoo Primo, which looks to be a great buy if custom watercooling is something you might be interested in later on. Otherwise spend that cash on a secondary monitor or better peripherals.

I have to say, you sure picked the best parts out there. Everything looks great. I checked over everything and the only thing i saw is that the card has one 8 pin and one 6 pin PCI-E connectors, And the PSU doesn't have a 8 pin PCI-E, only 6 pin PCI-E's, But the video card did say it doesn't need the extra 2 pin, so that should be ok.
There's really nothing negative that i can say about the build.

But if you wanted to know the best bang for the buck then you could look on youtube for $1500-2500 computer builds. I watched many of them, and they do usually pick the best bang for the buck.

Now... You could get a R9-290X for $300 cheaper, and you could get support for the new API "Mantle" (only R-200 Series cards support Mantle). It is a little worse (7%), but you get Mantle. And Mantle lets developers program directly for the hardware of the graphics card. So once Mantle takes off, AMD's cards might get a major FPS boost and stuff. But the 780 ti is a very good card, and if AMD isn't for you then get the card.
