Might as well depend on:
How old is it?
Is it in it's warranty period?
Is it defective, or performs less that expected or any other problem such as heat problem and etc...?
So i'd say try to sell it for 85% of it's actual price. If no one agrees to buy it then make it low till 65-70%.
