Install Samsung SSD on which system? Asus E35M1-I or Asus m4A88T-I Deluxe

Which system would benefit the most from the 128gb Samsung SSD? The E35M1-I has SATA 6.0 and M4A88t-I Deluxe only has SATA 3.0. However, the E35M1-I has a dual core E-350 processor and I am running a Phenom II X6 1075T on the M4A88t-I. The obvious answer seems to be the M4A88t-I but could the SATA advantage on the E34M1-I be the real game changer?

whichever one you use the most is the one you should upgrade.

technically you might see better performance on sataIII instead of sataII but in either case the result is going to be much faster than whatever hard drive you are using now.

Thanks for the response. I use the M4A88t-I much more and figure that 6 cores outweighs the advantage I would get from SATA 6.0 over SATA 3.0.
