Thank you for the suggestions! Should I wait until Black Friday/Cyber Monday to order my parts or should I just order them now? How much could I potentially save on B.F./C.M. deals?

I mean there is no reason not to considering it's so close. You'll save mostly on PSU's, RAM and definitely storage. You will see many Solid State Drives on sale, probably half off. And there will likely be deals on your CPU, and the video card as well.
