I recently built my first PC

I purchased windows 7 full retail, which came with one disk for 64 bit & one disk for 32 bit. I loaded windows 7 64 bit on the new PC. Can I load the Windows 32 bit disk on another PC and not have it be a licensing issue with Microsoft? The disks' only came with one product key.
