Hi . First of all let me write my system spec.

AMD Athlon II X3 425 2.7Ghz
ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX560TI 448 Cores Edition
10Gig Ram at 1333 MHz DDR3

So, with this graphic card i cant run battlefield 3 at avarage 30 frames . When i look to ASUS Gpu Tweak , i see i'm just using %30 of my graphic card. So , what's the problem with that ? CPU ? Or any other solution ? If it causes by cpu, which cpu you advice to me use ?

More about : low frames graphic card

the cpu may or may not be the cause. does you psu supply the gpu with enough watts? check in bios if there is any setting to limit your graphics card or if your graphics card is underclocked to the max.

so what is your budget to upgrade the cpu? maybe we can find a good mainboard as well

hope the pc is not prebuilt cause some "** you know =)" use low mainboards that have a limit of how much W the cpu + gpu and ram can use in prebuilt pcs ^^

Oh hi , i had 700w 80+bronze corsair PSU (which my friend's gift :p ) . But i dont have much money to buy cpu+motherboard. If you can tell me combination which can handle this GPU , i'll try to buy it ^^

hmm if you have to spend this much I would suggest either:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $219.98
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 $129.99

we could go lower like:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core $174.99
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G43 ATX LGA1150 $104.49

or

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core $117.97
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing $29.98 (if you don't own one)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ $69.99
November 13, 2013 8:39:02 AM

and with your psu I can only say that either the problem lies with your recent mainboard or some mess up in bios.
did you scan for any bots or malwares?
November 13, 2013 8:46:50 AM

Yeah i scanned too many times . I'll look at the bios but which things i should look at .
November 13, 2013 8:56:42 AM

the wattage procentage your mainboard sucks from the psu and at the working speed limiters for the gpu
November 13, 2013 8:58:41 AM

and as well the temps maybe it overheats because of the cooler ... if the problem is not either in the bios (mainboard menu) or the mainboard itself then I have no clue anymore.
hey readers help him too not just read and leave -.-"

not an extraordinary mainboard but is a good one. weird .. for how long did this problem persist. rather when did it start?
November 13, 2013 9:25:19 AM

It had Very old graphic card with my system 2 years ago . And our country Turkey, much things diferent from Europe or US i dont know where you living. Taxes are too high at technology parts , and earnings are so low if you're living as normal people. So i didnt have much choice about graphic card and i bought this graphic card. I was have so much hope from this card but , i dont know. When i plugged into my system-format pc-drivers etc. i tried to run Battlefield 3 MP , and it was like BOM 20 fps - 25 FPS sometimes 15 fps at low . And i was like what in the world this can happen. This is how my story begins . lol
November 13, 2013 9:25:56 AM

someone I asked had same problem until he underclocked his gpu a bit and the problem solved itself.
now I don't really know if that can even be called a solution so just forget it O_O
use it as a last resort
oh and did you plug the special pci cables from the psu into the graphics card? (or however they are called lol those who power up stronger gpus)
or by any chance did any windows update cause this?
November 13, 2013 9:27:33 AM

hmm do you have gpu latest drivers ? did you uninstall the old gpu drivers then restarted pc -> installed new drivers -> update to last drivers?
November 13, 2013 9:30:26 AM

if even so the problem persists then do you have gpu warranty? tell them is not working properly and ask for new one
so to sum it up the possible problem may be:
1. mess up in bios
2. latest drivers missing
3. windows update cacalaked it all and created errors
4. power cables not inserted in gpu
5. mess up in gpu software
6. out of ideas
November 13, 2013 9:30:43 AM

I did everything man really, you cant know how many nights i wasted to solve this ****ing problem . And i didnt use them. I already had two 6 pin for graphic cards ^^
November 13, 2013 9:33:23 AM

And when you come to warranty thing, they said there's no problem on gpu. And for a example from my tries. I plug this graphic card to my friends computer and there was no problem about that problem. But when i came to back my computer, it was same problem. I think cpu cause all of this problem or something :(
November 13, 2013 9:33:31 AM

did you plug them in the gpu? O_O
November 13, 2013 9:35:15 AM

k last resort since no one here helps ..

1. reinstall windows , install drivers again, update them to max
2. still not working, make use of warranty and ask for new gpu!
3. if even with new gpu still the same then you gotta upgrade mainboard and cpu

but first wait
what resolution
and what settings are you playing on?
November 13, 2013 9:43:41 AM

if is working on friend pc then
just reinstall windows and check for settings again
update to latest drivers
here I am clueless we need someone with more experience in this matter to help

or check if the graphics card didn't enable crazy settings like fxaa x16 or etc

it should handle bf3 at high to ultra with a stable 50fps normally maybe more

and if possible we upgrade to:

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core $117.97
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ $69.99 (or better mainboard if you can stretch the budget x.x)
November 13, 2013 9:44:01 AM

Sorry but what did you mean "did you plug them in the gpu? O_O" with that i couldnt understand ^^
1.Re-Installed, Installed Drivers again, Updated them to max
2.I used warrant and they turned my graphic card to me as it is . Not new one.
3.I cant answer this without new gpu ^^

I'm at 1366x768 resulotion 18.5" ASUS Screen
And i'm playing on LOW ! :/
November 13, 2013 9:46:15 AM

fricking damn weird at that resolution it should handle it on max with 48fps -.-"
November 13, 2013 9:49:41 AM

after you plug the gpu in the mainboard there should be 2 cables coming from the psu that should be plugged in the gpu
November 13, 2013 9:53:55 AM

I know man .. :/  yeah there was 2 6pin cable and i just plugged in .
November 13, 2013 10:06:40 AM

and working now?
look at my rig... I have a nvidia 8600 gts and that should be 58% if even more weaker than your gtx 560
and I am playing skyrim full of mods at medium 1920x1080 at 32fps.....
that problem with your gpu is really weird
November 13, 2013 11:06:40 AM

Oh thanks man really . I said a thing when my GPU came back from warranty service or something which i dont know specific name for it about pins ^^
November 13, 2013 11:07:09 AM

I think nobody have any clue about this problem , lol
November 13, 2013 11:50:17 AM

LOL I am thinking the same
a b U Graphics card
November 13, 2013 12:08:59 PM

I'd suggest removing your drivers completely, in SAFE MODE.

Not sure if you did this already, but if so, just do it again.

I don't have any GTX, but I have AMD. I had this issue when I upgraded my GPU. I had to completely remove ALL AMD software, then download the new driver and install it.

I wouldn't necessarily say it is the CPU, because your old GPU was giving you decent performance, where as this card should give you at LEAST the same performance.

To me it sounds like a driver issue.
November 13, 2013 12:52:54 PM

he already did that I think...
if he reinstalled windows as I said then he already did that o.O
!
