Best AMD cpu/mobo/mem combo?

Which hardware is best for building a new toy to overclock using AMD? I like the options of extreme multi-tasking, gaming, and multi-media. Either using 2-26" screens or 1-42" screen. I am not trying to break the bank on this but I do understand the concept, You get what you pay for.
I'd like to OC the cpu, ram, and possibly even the vid (if nec.) and liquid cooling each as well. As for the case...considering acrylic cube or mid-full ATX. Visual effects and case mods not as important as selecting the right hardware.

Any suggestions?

get FX 6300 Mobo get FX 970 chipset mobo or higher get something like 8 GB of 1600 Mhz ram radeon idk just choose what you want to How im supposed to say waht GPU and eveything if i don't know the budget!
