There are the 3 cases I am looking at are on sale for a very reasonable price.

First,
Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced - High Air Flow Full Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and All-Black Interior

its on sale for $100 (Reg 180/190) at newegg, seems very solid case, not to many bad things to talk about

Second,
Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower

the one big issues I keep seeing is the fan knobs/control and the fact that the pci cards won't fit properly, people are saying they need to bend the end of the card slot to fit properly.

Price: $89.99

Third,
Rosewill BLACKHAWK-ULTRA Gaming Super Tower

On sale from 220 to $130

reviews seems to be mixed but overall people seem happy with this case

I do live in texas so cooling is a big must for me, I am not into liquid cooling so case fans are what I am looking for. This is for a new build, primarily gaming, haven't bought parts for it, but looking to have a 4770k, asus hero max mb, 2 gtx 760's. I wanted to lean towards to thor v2 box but all the problems with fitting pci cards properly is a downer, next would be the ultra then haf but I don't know, haf seems to be very solid and very popular, so that might be the case

For me the HAF is the best choice. A great pricetag on it and I've never heard anyone have troubles with it. For a cpu cooler, a liquid cooling one might be what you want, though some good quality fans can do the job just as well (especially with the high airflow case)

UPDATE:
Saw that you don't want liquid cooling. A CM Hyper 212 EVO or a Noctua fan will work great for you (They're really popular right now)

Oh. That's one of the best coolers on the market right now. Good choice. I'd really consider getting it if I were you :)

Yea thats what I have read. Still debating on that or the phantek 14 (I think) which is comparable about the same or if not better (depends on reviews you read but all in all they are the same) plus I can get a color scheme to match my case and components.

and 4770k is 1150
Can you really do that?

Well no prob bro. Now back to op. bigmike035, I haven't really seen what the phanteks color is, but color schemes aside those are both very good aftermarket coolers and can handle some heavy overclocking. It all comes down to price now.

Phantek has blue, white, red, black color fans and sink. I believe they are the same price, right around the ~$80 mark. Think I am going to lean towards the ultra game tower, just cause the haf 932 has a $30 mail in rebate, so its really 130 plus the 30 mail in and I really hate mail in rebates, they just seem to never work. Plus the 8 fans is pretty eye catching and the fact I will never have to worry about space again lol. PLus I was reading that the haf usb ports are kinda flimsy and tend to break often
