HD 7970 GHz Edition (new) No signal. Faulty?

Hi once again, some time ago asked about GPU, which one to buy,
so decided to take: SAPPHIRE HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB GDDR5 VAPOR-X
And I guess it was a bad choose, card not giving any signal.

No signal: with that I mean't that the fans are working and so do lights, but no signal.
Tried to reset bios, to change default auto detection settings from auto gen 1/gen 2, to re-plug card several times. Nothing helps.

solved: problem was stupidity or in other words, how sapphire think users can think out on themselves that need to plug in both power connectors, not just one like with black on white wroted on at requirements under this gpu at sapphire.com. facepalm indeed.
