Possible CPU Issue?

I am looking to get a gtx 760, and was wondering if my CPU would be an issue.

I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz

It will likely slow that GPU a bit. The 760 is killer fast for the money and I'd prefer to pair it with a newer CPU. However I feel the bottleneck will not be significant maybe 10%
