I have a new gaming pc build with: also comes with mouse keyboard wifi adapter
HIS Radeon 7850 2gb gddr5
8gb ram ddr3
Q9550 cpc 2.83ghz over clocked to 3.2ghz (can go to 3.4ghz if you want not a huge difference)
500 watt power supply.

Battlefield 3: High settings 4x msaa field of view 70 at 60 frames a second. single player 110fps

call of duty black ops 2: ultra/Extra 8x msaa field view 75 at 60 frames a second single player 140fps

call of duty ghost: High 2x msaa field view 70 at 60. Single player gets 125fps

battlefield 4: High 4x msaa field view 70 at 45 frames a second. single player 95 fps

Arma 3: High 4x msaa 40-45 frames a second

Very capable PC for current and up coming games

I think you can buy an HD 7850 new for about $110 now. The Q9550 might be sellable to someone who is stuck on LGA 775 and can't afford a full upgrade but LGA 775 is obsolete by 4 newer generations now. Check ebay for how much they go for. I do believe parting it out will get you more than selling it as a complete unit.

There is no way you get those frame rates at 1920 x 1080 so you might want to specify the resolution you are testing that. And it's not even close to honest to call it a good PC for up and coming games. It's an obsolete CPU paired with a lower mid range GPU.

ha i play call of duty ghost at 1080p 60hz at high and most settings on at 60 fps with v sync and bf4 can play 75 fps at medium 60 at high and 40 at ultra
