Graphics Card Doesn't Register My Monitor

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti. I have an HDMI plugged in to it and it works fine, I also have a standard VGA/D-SUB plugged in as a second monitor and it works fine. When I try to plug in my DVI-D cable to both my 3rd monitor and the card, the monitor goes into "DVI Power Saving Mode" and I just dont get it. Please help if you can.

the card might only have 2 onboard clocks that are used for the hdmi and vga ports, it doesn't have one to spare for the dvi one. so it can only do 2 monitors in that configuration. maybe try 2 dvi monitors on the DVI-D port?

I had a similar issue with my 7870. I just ran the 3rd monitor off my 3570K's igpu.
