Hello fellow tom'sHARDWARE folks. I am a new guy here and I hope to make effective communication with you all :)  Before you read ahead, I would like to apologize for not reading any reviews of the currently well debated and reviewed components and their benchmark results, I simply do not have the leisure to do so at the moment because I am busy working.

First of all, I would like to say that I am not an overclock fan, nor do I plan to do any overclocking activities in the future (unless I can use the quick, easy and safe way to do it rather than tweaking with voltage and multiplier settings in the bios settings because I honestly am scared to play with these settings).

I am about to build my third computer system and I would like to have some assistance on the most efficient components I will need to achieve my target, which is gaming and livestreaming on Twitch.tv using Xsplit and with a gameplay resolution of 1920 x 1080 with my hdtv (please see below).

I have previously built two system before, one which I built for my father (who uses it for personal computing; general everyday tasks) and one which I am currently using now as my gaming computer.

We have just opted to upgrade our broadband to a fibre unlimited, a 80/20 downstream and upstream package with Sky, which is set to be installed on the 20th of this month. So, there will be no issues with the bandwidth whatsoever, seeing as how they do not utilize traffic management.

Now, on to the issue. Here is my current build:

PSU: Corsair CMPSU-750TXUK TX Series, 750 Watt, ATX, UK Version
    RAM: Geil 6GB DDR3 1333 CL9 T/C RAM - Black Dragon
Storage: Western Digital Caviar 1TB SATAII 64MB Cache 3.5-inch Green Internal Hard Drive OEM
GPU: XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 Quad 955
    MB: ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO
    Monitor: 17" 1440 x 900 max resolution < I'm not happy with this
Alternative monitor: 32" HDTV via HDMI cable.

I chucked in a 2GB stick of Corsair TW3X4G1333C9A XMS3 to make it 8 GB in capacity, and now I feel rather concerned whether I've done the right thing or not with changing the tripple channel RAM.

Okay so here's the main thing:-
I want to be able to play and livestream Battlefield 4 (I currently play BF3) and some heavy MMORPG like GW2 with my new system that will at least reach up to 30fps during gameplay. I will be streaming at 720p to allow for more viewers with slow connection, but I will eventually step up to 1080p.

Mouse and keyboard or high quality sound card (I have my Sennheiser hd650 system for this one, wohoo :D ) is not included in the budget since I can still cope with my current one. A new monitor that can support 1920 x 1080 resolution with a great response time would be awesome though, but this may probably not fit this budget so I might leave this for my upgrade to this new system by the end of December.

I am currently looking at these two possible CPU:
- i7 3770k
- i7 4770k

And the build to be based around this case: CM Storm Stryker Full Tower.
I would also like to work with only a single card, not SLI. Not like a have the fund to purchase an SLI anyway ;(

Please feel free to recommend me an alternative which you feel suitable for the budget range and efficiency that I am looking for. Could you guys also recommend components for efficient airflow based on the capacity of the chassis i.e fans

Oh Yeah:~
If possible, I'd like to keep my PSU to minimize to overall costs. Or a new one will do if this does not supply the sufficient wattage for your recommendations. I will consider possible upgrade for anything such as SLI card or SSD by the end of December once I reach my wage. Replies will be greatly appreciated :D

Thank you.

Without an SSD and reusing your old PSU (which i see no reaosn not to, its a good brand) you could have somethign along these lines

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£220.00 @ Amazon UK)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£23.98 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard: Asus H87-PRO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£81.83 @ Dabs)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£66.47 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£46.42 @ CCL Computers)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video Card (£587.54 @ Dabs)
Case: Cooler Master Storm Stryker (White) ATX Full Tower Case (£130.09 @ Aria PC)
Total: £1156.33
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

You could fit a 2TB Seagate barracuda into that build instead of the 1TB WD Blue and it would come to £1171.31

Thank you for your lightning fast reply Ronaldspiers :)
I am sorry but I forgot to include in my post that storage could be excluded as I can probably still use my current one:
Western Digital Caviar 1TB SATAII 64MB Cache 3.5-inch Green Internal Hard Drive OEM

I find your recommendations good enough but would it be possible to go with and SLI ready motherboard, just in case I choose to buy another one of that card :D  and would it be good enough to use the h100i on that case and cpu?

Well since you are not overclocking an H100 would be a huge waste of money in my opinion. Since I am now on mobile its hard to link PC partpicker but you coukd cut the HDD out of my build and put in an ASUS Z87-A.

If you did want to overclock you would need the 4770K version which would probably put you over budget with that GPU. And especially if you wanted an H100i.

If you did want to do that however you could probably get a normal 780 instead of the ti. Would still wreck all games lol

Thank you for your input again. And yes, if overclocking will give me significantly more performance and allow me to opt for the cheaper gpu instead of the titan one then I might be able to do that. But I am having a difficult time deciding since I prefer the system to overperform so perhaps I can leave an option of increasing my budget which would take me another month till I can build the system altogether.

Maybe in the meantime, I'll learn overclocking methods and apply it on my current one, just to take practice.

May I also ask what your input is for Intel 4930K? I've read somewhere that these new haswell architecture are prone to high heat when overclocking, would the h100i maintain it to a stable and safe overclocked temp? And also, would it be costive to upgrade to a socket 2011 motherboards? Or would it not yield a much upgrade?

The H100i would be able to cool it efficiently. Remember every cpu is different and each one will have slightly different stable overclock limits anyway.

As for the 4930k I don't have the knowledge to tell whether that would be better for your needs than the 4770k. In gaming I would imagine an unnoticeable FPS difference. But for streaming etc. I couldn't say. Sorry I'm not that useful lol
